Richard holds an undergraduate degree in finance and a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas. Richard is a professional member of the Home Builder’s Associations, where he served as president of both the Greater Little Rock in 2006 and the Arkansas Home Builder Association in 2010. He and his team regularly attend classes and seminars seeking new ways to improve the construction process and customer experience.
Combining an in-depth understanding of real estate and the housing market with the experience and knowledge of a home builder, he is dedicated to excellence, takes pride in his high-quality craftsmanship, and provides cost-conscious construction with budget controls: the three-legged stool.
