Chef Shuttle simply makes life easier. It’s a unique business model that cultivates new customers for more than 325 restaurants across 39 cities in two states and alleviates the stress of mealtime decisions for many busy customers. Whether it’s a home or a business, Chef Shuttle acts as a liaison between restaurants that don’t offer delivery service and customers who prefer a delivery option.
CEO Ryan Herget started the business just a couple of years ago with seven restaurant partners and a precise focus on the customer experience. “We don’t increase menu prices and apply a nominal delivery fee,” notes Ryan. “In addition to our customer-friendly pricing model, we have a call center that monitors the entire transaction – from the online order, to the driver dispatch and delivery to the customer – to ensure complete customer satisfaction.”
The online ordering process grants customers access to partner restaurants with customized “where, when and what” options. “Our goal is to create an infrastructure capable of facilitating the delivery of multiple products,” explains Ryan. “It’s really about getting product from point A to point B in a fast, reliable manner and connecting people to product.” With nearly 30 employees and more than 200 drivers, Chef Shuttle is poised to expand to multiple markets and platforms.
