ACANSA: Winston Churchill: The Blitz

Winston Churchill:  The Blitz, a multi-media theatrical production, is set on a London rooftop during one night of Nazi Germany’s bombing raids on British cities during World War II. In a dramatic performance by Randy Otto, who has embodied the Prime Minister for more than four decades, Blitz explores Churchill’s life as he navigates Great Britain among the Allies to defeat the Axis powers and craft postwar peace. The performance is scheduled for Friday, January 30, at Ron Robinson Theater. “Randy Otto steps onstage and you simply take for granted that Winston Churchill himself is up there talking to you,” – Jonathan Sandys, Winston Churchill’s great-grandson.
