Join Centers for Youth & Families for a night at the movies – a FREE event at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 28. The evening features the two-part independent short film (30 minutes), ReMoved at Chenal 9, and highlights Foster Care Awareness Month. The film is the story of a 10-year-old girl as she is removed from her home, separated from her younger brother and navigates her way through the foster care system. Told from the child’s viewpoint, it’s a powerful portrayal of real life for many children in Arkansas.
This evening offers an opportunity to learn about foster care and connect with multiple agencies dedicated to building healthier and happier families in the community. Admission is free with limited seating.
