Arkansas Children’s Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Arkansas Children’s health system, inspires support for two pediatric hospitals, a pediatric research institute, regional clinics and education and outreach programs statewide. More than 40 ACF team members actively engage and mobilize individuals, corporations and volunteers statewide to share and advance the mission of Arkansas Children’s—championing children by making them better today and healthier tomorrow.
Arkansas Children’s Foundation is currently engaged in a $250 million Campaign for a Healthier Tomorrow to advance the promise of unprecedented child health, defined and delivered. Since 2015, more than $200 million in generous gifts has enhanced clinical excellence and patient care, expanded services throughout the state, formed strong community partnerships and reached more children in more ways where they live, learn and play.
Arkansas Children’s Foundation has been actively involved with the Association of Fundraising Professionals since the Arkansas chapter’s inception. Through general membership and sponsorships, board service, chapter leadership and frequent presentations of continuing education curriculum, ACF has proven to be a committed partner in advancing the fundraising profession in Arkansas. ACF leadership was instrumental in expanding AFP Arkansas to include the Northwest Arkansas chapter. Additionally, the ACF team is incentivized to pursue continuing education, including compensation for earning Certified Fund Raising Executive credentials.
