Jason LaFrance recognizes the importance of unparalleled pediatric services for all Arkansans. As the father of three children, Jason became an ardent advocate for Arkansas Children’s after one of his daughters received compassionate care at the hospital. Through this experience, his family witnessed the Arkansas Children’s vision to create a healthier future for all children and was impressed by the organization’s steadfast commitment to the mission of healthcare.
Like so many others, the LaFrance family’s devotion to the hospital’s talented team comes from personal perspective. Jason and his wife Cassie choose to lead by example – serving on the Arkansas Children’s Foundation Board of Directors and as the 2015 Miracle Ball Chairmen. “Cassie and Jason LaFrance have been stalwart supporters of Arkansas Children’s. They understand the importance of unprecedented child health for children in Arkansas,” explains Arkansas Children’s Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer Fred Scarborough. Together, they represent the best of leadership, dedication and generosity. Because of their dedication, children around the state have access to care and the promise of a healthier tomorrow.”
Jason believes, “You should never hesitate to ask someone else to support a cause you support and care about.” He inspires teamwork and bold membership, encouraging colleagues to passionately engage in the community and among constituents. Jason’s passion for Arkansas Children’s includes a leadership role on the Children’s Circle of Care Committee and the construction campaign for the Northwest Arkansas campus. This family’s unwavering commitment continues as Arkansas Children’s expands expert care and services across the region.
