Reviews:
So far this is our least favorite cocktail recipe. Apparently none of us are big fans of vermouth in our cocktails, so if you like vermouth you will probably enjoy this recipe a lot more than we did.

MT: The bitterness of the vermouth brings down the fresh cucumber flavor. So I’d go no vermouth and add a splash of lime.

KW: More bubbles! Are you surprised? Very light and refreshing, but more bubbles – less vermouth.

CK: It’s basically spa water with a kick. There’s just too much vermouth for my taste. I also think it could benefit from a splash of lemon, maybe even some mint.

Additional thoughts from the group:

  • Not for those who aren’t vermouth fans.
  • A bit of citrus would really make this flavor profile come alive.
