First up: Lavender Bees Knees

Lavender Bees Knees Cocktail

Reviews:
Overall this one was a hit in the office – just a few ideas for variations.

MT: Very fresh and fragrant – I think this will be the perfect signature drink for a party I’m planning!

KW: This would be really good with some bubbles – maybe champagne or sparkling water.

CK: It’s a little sweet for my taste, so I’d probably make it with less honey syrup.

Additional thoughts from the group:

  • Adding champagne for bubbles would make it even sweeter.
  • Sparkling water or club soda would make it fizzy + lighter – a 2 oz. pour makes it pretty strong.
  • This would probably be good with vodka if you’re not a fan of gin, but the floral notes of gin work well with the lavender.
