Happy clients are the inspiration behind Parkinson Building Group. Bill Parkinson explains, “We are a Yes We Can company.” In a business where many people are told that what they want is not an option, PBG strives to say yes.
Solid construction is central to PBG’s mission. “Parkinson Building Group was born out of a need to build homes with thought and integrity – a service-based company focused on the needs and desires of our client,” Bill elaborates. PBG builds custom homes for residents in the greater Little Rock area. You can find their work on display in neighborhoods including, but not limited to Valley Falls, Chenal, Waterview, Rockwater, Heights and Hillcrest.
PBG has grown from a one-man operation in 1999 to a network of subcontractors and in-house team members. Bill attributes their success to one thing, “Do what is right and stand behind your work and the market will take care of you.” This includes not only exceeding client’s expectations in the home building process, but also taking care of employees and subcontractors. “People see your intentions and know that you are on their side working in their best interest. I try to ‘do right’ for all parties – support our clients first, our subcontractors and vendors as well as the company every day. If you are willing to work for and with others in this way, it is easy to create a win-win scenario for everyone.”
Bill acknowledges the importance of reputation and letting his team’s work speak for itself. “Little Rock is a small town, and your name is everything,” Bill exclaims.
