In the past few years, November has become synonymous with growing facial hair, however many don’t know the reason behind the mustache. Men face unique health issues such as prostate cancer and testicular cancer but also things such as mental health issues. Recent studies have shown that close to 60% of men don’t regularly see a doctor and nearly half of men surveyed say they simply don’t talk about their health. The Arkansas Urology Foundation wants to change this and we appreciate your involvement in our inaugural Beard Bracket last year. We invite you to join Arkansas Urology & 103.7 The Buzz for the 2nd Annual Beard Bracket as you put down your razors and put your facial hair to the test to bring awareness to Men’s Health issues! Men, start growing your beards and get ready to submit them here starting TODAY – ENTER BEARD BRACKET HERE. Submissions will be open through December 1st.
Then, we’ll post all photos on Facebook for people to vote until Dec. 2nd. The bearded photo with the most likes will win a 60” Flat Screen TV announced Monday, December 6th LIVE on 103.7 The Buzz Show with No Name. Last year, winner Miles Watson came away with over 820 votes. Now, let’s see who can win this year’s contest. If you submitted a photo in last year’s, please submit, again! If you know of others who might be interested please pass along to them to get involved!
