If you agree with the expression “hindsight is everything” – you’ll certainly want to see the newest temporary exhibit at ESSE Purse Museum I Can See Clearly Now. On exhibit through Sept. 13 – it offers a fun + intriguing look back at 20th century glasses from functional to the out-of-sight as well as cases, accessories, photos and quirky surprises. Mark your calendars because the temporary exhibit will pass in the blink of an eye.
With special consideration to safety precautions, guests are required to wear a face covering while in the building and maintain social distancing of six feet in the store (which is always free to enter) and museum.
ESSE also offers small-group private appointments for museum visits and shopping for $10 per person (10 people maximum) on Mondays from 9 am -2 pm and Tuesday through Friday from 9 am-11 am. ESSE is open Tuesday through Saturday 11 am -4 pm and Sunday 11 am -3 pm. Museum admission is $10 with a $2 discount for students/military/seniors; children under 6 enter for free.
