American Heart Association – Hot Springs Celebrates 15 years of Sweetheart Ambassadors
The Central Arkansas American Heart Association will host its annual Hot Springs Heart Ball to raise funds and awareness for the organization’s continued mission fulfillment work. Chairman Lori & Dr. Eric Bowen will welcome guests to this virtual evening featuring a live auction and introduction of the 15th class of Hot Springs Sweethearts – high school-age girls who help carry out the AHA’s health campaigns and raise funds and awareness for education and research initiatives.
The American Heart Association mission as a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives garners support from events like the Heart Ball. While the association makes great strides with its efforts, heart disease and stroke remain the No. 1 and No. 5 causes of deaths in the United States. More research and education must be done.
Live streaming is available at https://event.gives/hotspringsheartball. Computers are recommended for the best experience and the event must be viewed in Google Chrome.
