Party at the Plaza – Chairmen Anna Kay Freuauff + David Freuauff

Helping others has always important to Anna Kay and David Frueauff. That’s why the brother-and-sister team are serving as co-chairs of Party at the Plaza, a community celebration to benefit Arkansas Hospice on Saturday, April 23, in North Little Rock.

Anna Kay and David have been long-time supporters of Arkansas Hospice, both professionally and personally. In 1950, their great, great uncle, Charles A. Frueauff founded the Charles A. Frueauff Foundation (CAFF) through his last will and testament. David was elected the fifth president of CAFF in 1996. Since 1993, Anna Kay has served as a Trustee of CAFF and is the Vice President of Communications and Programs. Since 1950, the Foundation has awarded grants in excess of $175 million to more than 1,200 agencies and institutions focusing on education, human services and health-related causes. Arkansas Hospice has been one of those recipients for the last two decades.

Their mother, Sue Frueauff, has also been a great friend to Arkansas Hospice and was honored for her generosity to the organization in 2010.

Arkansas Hospice has the honor of currently caring for Sue and has also provided care for Anna Kay and David’s grandmother and grandfather. Anna Kay says, “Arkansas Hospice understands what we are going through and is right beside us all the way.” David adds, “The angels who work for Arkansas Hospice and the services they provide are timeless and priceless.” They both add, “We are honored to be chairing this event to help raise money to further the important work of Arkansas Hospice and to help benefit Arkansans with life-limiting illnesses in need of care.”

Party at the Plaza will raise funds for patient needs not met through traditional means. To learn more about the event and Arkansas Hospice, the state’s largest nonprofit provider of hospice care, please visit arkansashospice.org/plaza.
