Diamond Chef

Diamond Chef Arkansas is a competitive culinary competition held at The University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) that pits some of Arkansas’ most skilled chefs against one another in a series of challenges and elimination rounds to determine who will earn the Diamond Chef title. Proceeds benefit The University of Arkansas – Pulaski Tech Technical College Foundation and CAHMI.
