LITTLE ROCK CHAMBER: Cultivate 2021 – Being the Chief Well-Being Officer of Your Own Life

It is time to go beyond work-life balance. We want to create workplaces and a way of living and working that acknowledges our humanity. We do not have to choose between meeting life goals and meeting career goals. Our mission is to fuel economic growth by facilitating the development of professional women in the Little Rock region through intentional programming directly aimed at obstacles and opportunities women encounter in their careers.
