LITTLE ROCK CHAMBER: Cultivate Women’s Business Series – Leadership / Navigating Power Structures

March 31, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Women often need to navigate various power structures that exist within their professional work environments. This navigation skill set requires personal awareness and learned tactics which can help women effectively navigate through barriers and challenges. In successfully navigating power structures, women help their organizations become more effective, while beginning to change the underlying leadership paradigms.

Personal power is a practice with continuous evolution, so what constitutes power? Influence, Control, Strength, Authority. How can women own their power? How do women embody leadership roles and exercise their influence with and without alienating people? During this session, you will learn from three accomplished women leaders who have been successful in several different areas of business, non-profit, and government.

Each session will include a Q&A session, powered by Delta Dental of Arkansas, to ensure that viewers feel engaged and connected. Panelist include Tanya James, Arvest Bank, Senior Vice President, Branch Administrator, Alison R. Williams, Chief of Staff, Office of Governor Asa Hutchinson, State of Arkansas, and Kristi Moody, Windstream, Executive Vice President
