OAKLAWN: Opening Day

Oaklawn Opening Day will feature the $150,000 Advent Stakes for 2-year-olds. This is Oaklawn’s third year opening an expanded meet in December. Overall, it will be the 120th year in operation. Oaklawn will offer a record $50 million in purses over 68 days of racing, concluding on May 4. Gates open at 11 a.m. and first post will be 12:30 p.m.
