STONE’S THROW BREWING: 10th Annual Block on the Rock Birthday Bash

Stone’s Throw Brewing is thrilled to announce its 10th Annual Block on Rock Birthday Bash, set to take place on Saturday, July 29, 2023. This summer block party will occur from 4-10 p.m. at Stone’s Throw’s MacArthur Park location at 402 E 9th Street, Little Rock.

The Block on Rock Birthday Bash is a milestone celebration marking a decade of Stone’s Throw Brewing’s contributions to Little Rock’s vibrant craft beer community. The event has grown to become one of the largest brewery festivals in Arkansas, drawing thousands of attendees each year.

In a bid to support and foster local heritage, a portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Preserve Arkansas, the only statewide non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Arkansas’s architectural and cultural resources. Through their efforts, Preserve Arkansas builds stronger communities by reconnecting Arkansans to our heritage and empowering people to save and rehabilitate historic places.

“The Block on Rock Birthday Bash is not just a celebration of our brewery but also a testament to the incredible community support we’ve received over the years,” said Theron Cash, one of the founders of Stone’s Throw Brewing. “Our partnership with Preserve Arkansas for this event underscores our commitment to preserving our local culture and contributing to the community we love.”

The festival will feature an exciting music lineup headlined by The Big Dam Horns, with supporting performances by Cora McMullen and Jason Lee Hale & the Personal Space Invaders. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample from a diverse selection of cuisine offered by around ten food trucks.

Several notable breweries, including Flyway, New Province, Core, Point Remove, Black Apple, Superior Bathhouse, and Ozark Beer Company, will participate in this year’s event, adding to the vibrant craft beer-tasting experience.

Block on Rock will offer a limited number of VIP tickets. These VIP passes include admission, access to private indoor restrooms, entry to the indoor taproom, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and all beer for the day.
