Thea Foundation – Into the Blue: Resonate

Thea Foundation’s April Into the Blue Event Highlights Arts Reconstruction Program

The annual success of the Thea Foundation Into the Blue event prompted the organization to create two event experiences to celebrate their latest achievements and showcase their varying programs implemented to support the arts for Arkansas youth. Guests are invited to Into the Blue: Resonate at the Junior League of Little Rock building on Saturday, April 6th (6-9 p.m.) to enjoy performances by North Little Rock School District’s Bowlievers. There will be strings playing throughout the building even upon entry. Students are provided the option of string music classes as an offered elective made available by Thea Foundation’s Arts Reconstruction program. This program also includes professional development for arts teachers across the state.

Selena Gordon, a former Thea Foundation performing arts scholarship winner, will also showcase her incredible vocal talent, and the evening will include gourmet food provided by Heritage Catering and Ben E. Keith Foods with delicious libations from Presqu’ile Winery courtesy of Colonial Wines & Spirits.

The purchase of one ticket provides access to both Into the Blue events. The second event, Into the Blue: An Evening of Entertainment, will be held on May 18th at UA-Pulaski Tech’s CHARTS Theater. Thea Scholarship Alumni will provide the entertainment for this enchanting evening. Both events will recognize the 2019 Pillar of the Arts Award Recipient, the Charles A. Frueauff Foundation, who has awarded over $165M representing more than 9,200 grants throughout the country.

To reserve tickets, visit the Thea Foundation’s website. Interested sponsors should contact Jennifer Owens by email at jennifer@theafoundation.org or call (501) 379-9512.
