Martha and Dan Lusk created a contemporary chateau with builder Mary Jane Herr in the heart of Chenal – combining Old World elegance with modern amenities that welcome guests with Southern hospitality and personal style.
This new construction in The Arbors boasts open living spaces that reflect the relaxed, casual gathering of family and friends that the Lusks enjoy most. Its rustic accents blend seamlessly into the home – providing a sense of history + heritage.
Exterior
Martha and Dan worked closely with builder Mary Jane Herr to bring her adoration of European-inspired design into the architecture of the home – featuring native stone and reclaimed wood throughout the interior and exterior elements. Expansive glass windows and doors, supplied by Kaufman Lumber, provide an abundance of natural light bringing the outdoors inside, another key consideration for the couple.
Interior Accents
In collaboration with a San Francisco designer, Martha curated French fabrics for the upholstery and drapes – adding an authenticity to the home’s hints of European antiquity.
