A Day at Work… My daily goal is to respond to the needs of my clients. I make sure I am available for my staff and all other employees who require my attention, while maintaining global profit and loss for the software support division. Due to the nature of the business and the various geographical locations of our clients, my days are unpredictable…exciting and rewarding…but definitely unpredictable!
LOVE the Work… I service clients in more than 160 countries around the globe, developing, maintaining and building partnerships. However, I am most satisfied by ensuring the resolution of their technical and business concerns. This is my highest priority and equally as gratifying. I believe I have been given these opportunities by divine intervention and I do not take it for granted. Part of my success is attributed to the teams I lead from around the globe that are dedicated and customer-focused and who consistently provide exceptional service. This is truly an amazing career.
Surprising but True… Being a part of an evolving, innovative technology field is unique and exciting. It comes with opportunities, challenges, rewards and – believe it or not – it’s fun.
