Ingredients:
1 jalapeno
Celery leaves
6 oz lime juice
Confectioners’ sugar
16 oz tequila
8 oz orange liqueur
Preparation:
Pulse one thin slice jalapeno, a handful of celery leaves, fresh lime juice and a spoonful of confectioners’ sugar in a blender. Mix with tequila and orange liqueur in a pitcher; chill. Serve on the rocks in salt-rimmed glasses.
