Through 20+ years of love and labor, Kaye & Loyd Stanley’s home reflects their personal style as well as Kaye’s philosophy, “not to be like everything and everyone else.”

From the minimalistic details – like the floating walls and open living spaces – to the black, grey and red color palette, the custom design is sleek + sophisticated from every angle, yet welcoming and warm like the Kaye’s heart for entertaining. Her pragmatic approach to life, “Trust yourself and don’t be afraid to ask for what you want. You will never get what you want if you don’t ask for it,” brings the Stanley’s vision for stunning architecture that feels comfortably casual to fruition.
The open and clear staircase, created by Iron World Designs, showcases the couple’s flair for the unexpected. Expansive glass windows and natural light add to the home’s clean, cool appeal.
Kaye worked closely with the experts at Core ID to develop a floor plan that feels intimate, but can also accommodate formal gatherings. Furnishings are deliberately versatile and functional – with special consideration to keep focal points visible. The dining tables are large enough for family gatherings but can be divided for the couple’s bridge parties.
Meaningful and original artwork brings personality to every room.
