Cheers to the weekend – almost… It’s event season and the beverages are FESTIVE!
The October issue features our annual calendar – highlighting charity and fundraising events throughout the year. This year, we’ved added a delicious + delightful twist… Recommended cocktails to enjoy with each season and the recipes to handcraft each one. Submissions from local eateries, beverage providers and civic leaders give it a distinctly personal touch. Check out South on Main‘s Rothko No. 2 cocktail by Sarah Harrington:
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Salignac cognac

1 oz matifoc rancio sec

1 oz simple syrup

0.5 oz lemon juice

Peychaud’s Bitters
-
mint leaves
-
ice
Instructions: Shake in mixer and pour into glass with eight muddled mint leaves. Add eight to ten dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters to float with mint leaves to garnish!
