Maybe instead of a t-shirt or seashells you pick up a favorite new recipe from your vacation hot spot’s chef. It would definitely be delicious reminder of a favorite trip.
Spring Cucumber and Orange Salad
1 large english cucumber
2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned.
1 small package of spring salad mix
1 tbs Arkansas honey (local honey is always recommended)
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Wash and clean salad mix. Add to a large serving bowl. Chop english cucumber into bite size pieces and add to salad mix. Next, add orange sections. Whisk together all dressings ingredients and toss with salad mixture.
