HISTORIC AR MUSEUM: History is Served – Arkansas Foodways Dinner Series

The 2021 season of History is Served celebrates four iconic foods of Arkansas: strawberries, tomatoes, corn and apples. For each dinner, our featured chef creates a menu inspired by one of these Arkansas ingredients. Our third dinner focuses on corn, one of America’s earliest crops. Chef Aaron Fowler of Cypress Social will present a menu showcasing the versatility and flavor of this beloved summer staple, from cornbread to caramel corn.
