Join Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliances’ for Arts & The Park – a ten-day celebration of the arts is scheduled for April 26th – May 5th, 2019 in Downtown Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. The festival will showcase the talent of local and visual artists from Arkansas and the surrounding states, as well as, musicians, dancers, poets, jewelers, potters, performers, authors, glass makers, sculptors and more!
