Calling all foodies! Come join fellow food lovers for some fierce competition as seven local chefs compete simultaneously in head-to-head quick-fire challenges to win the title of Diamond Chef Arkansas.
The 2017 Diamond Chef Arkansas : A Decade of Diamond Chef competition – Arkansas’ premier culinary competition and fundraiser – takes place from 6-9 P.M. this Thursday, April 13th, at Pulaski Technical College Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute.
Guests will enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres prepared by UA – Pulaski Tech culinary students and faculty, signature cocktails and culinary experiences throughout the new state-of-the-art Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute all while watching the LIVE culinary showdown. New this year is a kid-friendly competition, Diamond Chef in the Rough – a cupcake decorating competition for up to 12 young chefs who have successfully completed UA – Pulaski Tech’s Youth Chefs Camp.
The seven outstanding chefs who will be competing this year are:
