I had the pleasure of interviewing Angel McVay, who shared her story of having breast cancer and being Flat & Fabulous.
Cancer Survivors are now living much longer after diagnosis due to advances in modern medicine, but sadly, breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. It kills more women each year than any cancer besides lung cancer. Not all medical researchers agree on when to start getting mammograms, but eating right, getting regular physical activity and getting recommended cancer screenings are an important part of cancer survival.
