This April 8, 2024, the City of Little Rock will be in the path of totality for a solar eclipse. Total obscurity of the sun will occur in Little Rock for several minutes and the eclipse phenomenon will happen for a duration of 2 hours and 38 minutes.
This incredible event will not be repeated in this area for another twenty years, so the chance to witness it should not be missed. There are two ways for you to join this event. First, you can purchase tickets for general admission, these tickets are $30 per person. Please note that Zoo Memberships and free passes will not be honored for this event. Limited tickets are available for general admission. Parking is first–come, first–serve. Your next option is to take advantage of the Zoo’s VIP Eclipse package. The Pull Up on the Path Tailgate Party/VIP Experience will be on in the gated private lot on Zoo grounds. Limited tickets offer guests guaranteed parking in the Zoo’s secured lot. Guests are invited to bring tents, stadium chairs and yard blankets to set-up and watch the eclipse in this gated area. VIP guestsmay also go into the Zoo to watch with the animals’ reactions. VIP guests will receive a continental breakfast that morning that will include mimosas and bloody marys. Lunch will be catered by Adam’s Catfish under the Eclipse Hospitality Tent.
