Party at the Plaza for Arkansas Hospice Family of Care

Party at the Plaza benefiting the Arkansas Hospice Family of Care will return to the Argenta Plaza on Main Street in North Little Rock on Saturday, April 27. The event will run from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. General Admission is free, with upgraded seating and VIP access available for an additional charge. Donations to support the mission of Arkansas Hospice are welcomed.

Now in its third year, Party at the Plaza’s 2024 event theme is “Arkansas Roots,” featuring standout musical acts, visual artists, and community services that call Arkansas home.

The festival will be a community-oriented celebration of music, art, food, and family fun. In addition to music on the Plaza Main Stage, the event will include a variety of food trucks, an expanded Kid-Zone, a “Care Fair” featuring community health information resources, along with a return of free concerts through the afternoon and evening with multiple local, regional, and national acts. Additional attractions will include the Artists on the Avenue market and the thirdannual Michael V. Aureli Compass Award honoring Bruce Holsted, a longtime Arkansas Hospice volunteer and Arkansas Hospice Foundation Board Chair Emeritus.

The Argenta Plaza Mainstage will be the center of activity with concerts co-headlined by Arkansas musicians Tyler Kinch, presented by Wright Lindsey & Jennings, and Bonnie Montgomery, presented by First Security Bank. Also scheduled to appear are Arkansas natives and top 9 finalists from NBC’s The Voice soul singer Mac Royals, presented by the Derek Finnie Hospice Fund, and country artist BIAS. Rounding out the 2024 lineup are local favorites Bijoux and The Rocktown Sparks, presented by Riggs CAT.

The Artists on the Avenue market will showcase regional visual artists and artisans with works available for purchase from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Children’s and family-friendly activities willalso run from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

“We’re excited to return to Argenta Plaza again this year for this wonderful event,” said Arkansas Hospice Chief Philanthropy Officer Kim Kirkman. “Arkansas Hospice is the largest non-profit hospice in the state, and Party at the Plaza supports our mission to bring comfort and compassion to patients and families facing serious illness throughout our 48-county service area while raising community awareness of the services and support we offer. This event is very much a celebration of life and the things that bring meaning to us.”  In addition to hospice care, the festival will also benefit the additional services provided by The Arkansas Hospice Family of care, including Arkansas Palliative Care and Arkansas Advanced Care.
